****mers and ***** unauthorised transaction

Got a call that I didnt ask for. On the call the consultant **** and said I enquired about private bank on my app.

He then proceeded with the transaction and a fee was charged on my last money I had in my account that I was going to usw to top up petrol with for the rest of the week. I am disgusted by how much FNB is ****ming me. Please cancel this transaction and give me my money back right now. Please reverse these feed you took in my bank acc while I was told that no fee was going to be charges. I want my money back
