If I could give a negative rating, I would. These ****mers have charged me a fee twice for one debit that they have honoured and the amount is R376 x 2. The fee for them honouring a debit order for my account type is R150, and out of nowhere I am charged R376, not once but twice for one honoured debit order and they are failing to tell me when the fee amount changed and refuse to rebate the fee.

They are busy discounting people’s debts (as seen on TikTok) while busy ****ming other clients to make up for the money they are discounting others, and I will not have that done at my expense.

I want this rectified and the fees reviewed and rebated. I have since had money coming in my account which amounts to the debit order they honoured plus more yet my account is sitting on a negative because of these ridiculous charges
