My late Aunt opened an account for his son at FNB. When she passed away last year Old Mutual paid a claim in that account. Till this day we haven't received that money because FNB tells us that Old Mutual never deposited that money but I am sure they did because I was also a beneficiary and I got my share. She also had a life cover of 2 million but FNB says they know nothing about that life cover.
