Merchant services - do not trust

I’m still waiting for a R5000 terminal payment from a week ago. R5000 just disappeared and it’s apparently being “investigated” even after batch slips proving the transactions were sent and apparently escalated. Still waiting for the money, investigation happening for payments already proven. Its easy for them to make you pay, but when it’s time for you to get your own money, it’s a investigation excuse even after it’s clear as day the money was swiped through the machine.
