MERCHANT REVERSAL

I try to call but was transferred to 10 people and still no one could help me. My query is that i did online purchase online Friday the 21/02/2022 from a website Just Answer. They told me that i will only pay R15;00 (i have the proof) but when i looked R404 was deducted. i need that purchase/merchant to be reversed. Details of the merchant:
