Mental health illness not covered by FNBLIFE

I have been faithfully paying my health cash plan, the plan is supposed to pay for each day I am hospitalised for more than 48hrs. I waited almost a full month after my claim, I had to follow up twice, only to be told the policy doesn’t cover for mental health admissions. It’s worth noting that this was never the case in all of my policy documentation, I was off work for a full month and then some, so mental health isn’t important as other illnesses?, if the claim was unsuccessful then why wait so long to provide feedback?. Shame on you FNB Life, you are horrible at best…
