MEMO AUTHORIZATION - NO CAPTURE-NOT USE???
I have had R2000 debited from my Savings account with the description MEMO AUTHORIZATION - NO CAPTURE-NOT USE<br> <br> What hell this means I don't know, but this is unacceptable.
