NO HELP WITH REVERSAL Ihave been on securechat since last week friday and and i am sent back and forth on securechart. Today they tell me to talk to service provider whois forcing me to take insurance i don't need. They said call number at the back of your card when you call number only one option of lost card and after voice note say numbers closed . This is frustrating and unprofessional.

The branch employee told me to check covid19 icon on the app for assistance. This is for those who want funding nothing to do with debit order reversal. The bank want customers to be more indebted by taking money. I wanted my money not covid19 funding. Useless service
