Mediocre service

Registered a death claim in the 31st of January, sent the notice of death and the death certificate the following day and still to date, there is no payout and claim is still pending assessment. Appalling service from a “reputable” brand. I’m moving all my business, there is not peace of mind at FNB Life. I received a call yesterday morning advising me that the claim would be finalised before close of business but it wasn’t. The never cease to always under deliver. FI*** - ***
