Medically boarded yet still handed over after assisting me !!!

I would like this complaint re-opened.You mentioned that you would decrease my rate but at the same time you hand me over to IDA for missing 1 payment in January. I missed it because SASSA did not pay me yet i made 2 payments in Feb.Sassa is so dumb they consider any payment into your account as an income so even if i borrow money to pay my debt they decline me, They did it in Feb and now in March.

I am just delayed with payments trying to source funds and now IDA wants to threaten me to settle the account. This is very disappointing when I did send through my medical reports and explained my situation. I also did not see any rate change! I will contact the banking ombudsman for assistance

Standard Bank did not treat me this way ay all yet FNB does not care.
