****med with settlement
The way I am so ****ed with fnb ????I settled my other loans but to my surprise I am now required to pay 28cents which is not a problem
You gave me settlement letter I paid according to that now you send me a message stating I owe when I click pay now it wants the account number which I don't have cause all those accounts are closed and fully paid I spoke to your chat agent mahlatse she kept on saying she Is busy I must wait gor the past 20 minutes I don't want to have any debt because of your fault on that side

25 Jun 2025, 15:15I am busy chatting with fortunate on ur app uou guys are pathetic she or he clearly doesn't know or doesn't even check for anything you guys think we have time to waist waiting for 2hours and still been asked the same questions over and over again and no answer all this agents keep o. Saying we are checking your message they dissappear for many minutes then come back again and ask you the same questions and when you start getting ****ed off they say you are abusing them I will lodge a complain with ombudsman cause Clearly it is good for you to send messages of 28rand areas on a closed account but you can't provide even the account number nor even assist with answets
