I took a personal loan from FNB and settled it before time and my balance was zero, to my surprise FNB debit my account with R5100 while my balance is on zero, when I enquired they said my account had a balance of 70 cents hence the deduction, how come my balance was zero after settlement how much is interest of 70 cents, I still have all the proof on my phone but they keep hanging the line for me, I ve been calling them the whole day once I explain my story they hang up. horrible experience from FNB.
