****med by FNB call center operator
First I was called by a call center operator, where I was offered to be switched from my aspire account to an easy account, and I was told in this phone call that with my new account would have cheaper monthly fees of R7, and the call operator said my current fees (for the aspire account) were at R30, which was simply a lie because I was being charged R7 anyways. The main issue is that I was told the easy account comes with any 6 Udemy courses costing only R50 each. I then tried to find a way to access this promotion after having my account changed just to find out that you need to qualify for e bucks to access it. I then try to register for e bucks and I am given an error. I sent an email to the FNB help center about this issue and got a phone call where I was told that the account I've been registered to does not qualify for e bucks, and that is why I cannot get the Udemy courses. The lady on the call then said she will register me for e bucks so that I can access my courses, and this has still not been done. FNB has clearly ****med me. I get told this new fancy account I'm being offered has lower monthly fees (which was a lie they are exactly the same) and I get told that I get cheaper Udemy courses as a perk, but only have access if I qualify for e bucks which does not come with my account. This is so incredibly shady and I am extremely dissatisfied.
