****med and trust broken due overdraft settlement discount

I’m so disappointed in FNB and Blake Attorneys (their collection company). If anything, I feel ****** and **** to for almost 2 years!!! My cheque account had an overdraft on it. Post covid I was trying to put back the pieces that had fallen off. Unfortunately my overdraft fees were not getting paid hence the reason I was handed over. I was called by Blake Attorneys to discuss the situation. Thankfully I was expecting a lump sum to get paid to me so I was going to be able to settle the overdraft. Blake Attorneys then said they’ll like to offer me a discount on the settlement amount. I was to get a discount of about R6k+. After the money landed into my account, the debit to settle the overdraft was done but they did not consider the discount they offered and I accepted. I called Blake Attorneys and FNB numerous times. Each time Blake Attorneys would tell me to speak to FNB and vice versa. Almost 2 years later, No one has been keen to help me. My money was chowed and they won’t on with their lives. Meanwhile whenever I think of FNB, I think: ************* Promise Breaker Couldn’t careless for their customers Their own partners are highly questionable

Quite frankly I feel ****med. And would not recommend FNB to anyone!
