me jessica boesak have a life incurance with fnb and funeral plan its been more than a month later and have not received a sent sepose to getfuneral payout in 24 h and more than a month later nothing everytime i call the claims department they alwasysay someone will call me back butnever happens sins today i am the one calling them 3 to 4 times a day and every day same storie will call me back but nothing and stil today sins this morning they wil call back right now and nothing yet still waiting on a manger to call but that will neve happen fast ro take money for policies but dont want to pay out or always a storie still busyfor n month already so ho is not doing there job then this is a manger thats not doing his job +***8
