MC BOTHA - ***

21 July 2017 I closed my "revolving credit" account with FNB Woodbridge. I requested a letter or email confirming the closure of this account To date I have been refused this letter/email even though I had paid R1400.00 to make sure that there was no money outstanding. They confirmed that there is R27.00 credit currently on this account, but they still don't want to give me the relevant paperwork. FNB I am the customer, this was my account. I have now closed the account so why exactly is it so difficult to issue the relevant letters or is it just another level of incompetence. Trying to get new customers is great, but how about supporting your existing customer base. If you need more details, you are welcome to contact Marshand Botha - ********** 104.
