Mbuso FNB Rosebank

I just wanted to give a big thank you to Mbuso at FNB Rosebank. When I go into the Rosebank branch I am welcomed in warmly with a smile and treated with dignity and respect. He always helps me and he goes the extra mile. Before Mbuso I used to deal with Modisa for 5 years and he was also fantastic (also at the Rosebank branch). I went to another branch yesterday and I was treated like absolute garbage. I was horrified. I am used to such high standards from FNB that I even recommend my friends to switch to FNB but from now on I will have to recommend people to FNB ROSEBANK because I would be so embaressed if I refer a friend and they get treated the way I was treated yesterday. Mbuso you rock! Thank you for always assisting me with such a great attitude! I will come and see you soon to find out the easiest way to close some of my FNB accounts asap after yesterday.
