MBD Unprofessional Collection

I have an outstanding credit card that was later handed over to MBD for collection. I would like to let you know that I am not paying because the MBD consultant (John) is very arrogant and wants a ridiculous installment. You guys look into it and MBD get someone professional to call me and I will start paying.
