MBD representing FNB
I received 4 calls within 45 minutes from different people but all from MBD claiming to represent FNB. Each one was more rude than the other. Each had a different telephone number and each asked for personal information. I am not prepared to speak to indolent, agressive people with disgusting business protocol an zero acumen. Surely FNB cannot support this behaviour?

16 Sept 2020, 12:44Thank you for responding to my issue.In the time that I took to write the complaint, I have had another cal from the offending party.If they are indeed appointed officially through the bank, then there needs to be a way in which they are officially identifiable. Also the manner in which they address the person is shamefully disdainful, intimidating and judgmental.
