May claim payment not processed

I have sent the below email on the 17 May till date I haven't received a response. This is worrying as my personal loan has not been paid for May. Can someone please update me as too what is happening based on the below email.

FNB Life is helping me by paying my FNB personal loan payments monthly, I need to close my FNB savings account as there will be no money coming in how will this affect the FNB life payment? Can this not get paid directly into my FNB personal loans?
