Maximum inconvenience achieved.

I got married more than 2 years ago and shortly afterwards duly went into my branch to change my details , specifically my surname.

Last week I contacted your premium banking department to order new cheque and credit cards as mine were expiring shortly. Takealot eventually delivered my credit card, which still had my ****en surname on it. I again contacted FNB to make them aware of the mistake. They promised to rectify and send me my new card. After numerous phone calls to takealot (who are pretty bad at their customer services themselves) my credit card was again delivered and AGAIN in my ****en surname. I have again contacted your premier banking department to inform them, to which they have stated that the correct card will be delivered shortly.

Today I received an SMS from takealot stating that they are attempting to deliver my card unsuccessfully (not sure why as they seemed to find it the first TWO times) . I called takealot, only to be on hold for more than 6 minutes, where after my call was terminated. I again contacted takealot, held for 4 minutes only to get a rude service consultant who got bored of my complaint and proceeded to act as if he could not here me.

To summarise, to date I have not received any cheque card (still wondering where that is). I have received two incorrect credit cards. I have been forced to make numerous calls to your premier department to follow up and numerous more to takelot to have the cards delivered. I have NO correct cards less than a week before they both expire.

Your telephonic card ordering system is flawed as I have spent more time trying to finalise my new cards than what it would've taken me to go into a branch. Please also consider another delivery service provider as Takealot are blemishing your name further.
