Marvelous service

Good day.

I have spoken to 2 Agents at FNB mokopane both they were willing to assist me. And the lady who welcomed me (she assist us with smile the one who deals with tickets at the entrance). I then spoke to Venolia if the name is correct she then transferred me to Edmond who assisted with within 10 min i was out of FNB. I even told him he must transfer his skills to another consultant.

Their manager is also transparent and honest he knows what customer service is. He is venda just forgot his name as well. Guys keep it up the good work. I have received horrible service at mokopane in general but walking to FNB and get such awesome service makes me happy!
