Hi,I have been using fnb bmas my primary bank for over 10 years all my transactions I do with fnb,I've recently app**** for a home loan and was approved by most banks accept by my bank fnb over an arrears that I could not pay back as the bank cannot find that I'm in an arrears,I'm changing bank due to this reason and would not recommend fnb to my friends and family

02 Aug 2024, 09:42Good day sins I've logged my complaint on hellopeter I have received 2 phone calls nd 1 email yet nothing has been done,the service is terrible nd for this reason I have decided to move my business to another reliable bank.
