Marble Hall ATM Cash Deposit Unattended.

I went to ATM***2 in marble hall to make a cash deposit on the 14th of February 2025 at 1****. The ATM took R900 and complained about R200 that it was not in good shape. The amount to be deposited was R1100. The security was present when this happened. I went inside the bank and the form for paying the amount to where it was meant to go was completed. I was told that it takes 3 working days to resolve the issue. Today is the 24th and no amount was received by the recipient of the money. This is poor service. Please pay the money to where it was meant to go as it was supposed to be received urgently.
