MAPONYA MALL FNB BRANCH SERVICE IS A DISGRACE!!

As we speak, I have been sitting for close to an hour at FNB Maponya Mall. All I need is assistance with my FNB App, and I have my login details with me but struggling to log in because I had to flush my device and re download the App. I have done this process before upon purchase of my new device and I do not remember it taking this long, how is it possible to have only 1 consultant assisting with online and App Queries! When I got here there were 3 ladies that were being assisted by that 1 consultant and as we speak, it is those same ladies that have been standing there for the past hour. I am actually leaving the branch now without any assistance because there is no way I am sitting for another hour while the quee is not moving at all.. The service level at FNB Maponya Mall is horrible.
