Many thanks to FNB Springs Mall

Experienced issues with my moms banking app. I took her to the FNB Springs Mall Branch to sort out the problem. Its was very busy but there was a lady by the name of Linda running around trying to assist as many people as possible and in the shortest period of time. She assisted us with a big smile in her eye's, which already made myself and my mom feel very welcomed. She sorted the problem out with in seconds. She is a very kind and humble person, she derserves to get a medal for honours and bravery, as for the time spend in the branch, some of the customer can also try to treat the staff better. Many thanks for staff like her trying to make our lifes easier.
