Manual transfer 3times in 1month instead of debit

I really dont know why im still banking with this bank till now .There is a manual transfer which i dont know anything about when i go to the branch they said its not from them i called the *****line the guy Aubrey said its done from the the branch now im confused because it was done 3times in May i dont why and where is it going can i get clarity and im tired of going to the branch where they have no idea of what is going on i need my money back please this manual transfer charges me R75 per transaction imagine 3times in 1 month and crazy bank charges on top of that can i get help asap
