Mantwa Maimane, secure chat bad experience

I have received the most horrible experience and attitude from a secure chat consultant called Mantwa Maimane. This consultant got my whole name wrong, and as soon as I corrected her, she thought it was great for her to not acknowledge that and apologize, instead, she ended the chat with that same ego and attitude, and now I must start a new chat again and wait for the same thing that I have been querying the last 27 hrs??
