Mandla Mathipa - Excellency

In the month of February 2022, I went to an FNB branch (Horizonview) and I was assisted by Mandla Mathipa. He was extremely professional in the manner of which he executed my service requests. I was impressed by his conduct and the entire staff at the branch as well. I applaud Mandla for his excellency and the passion that he carries out whiles performing his duties. Mandla is indeed an asset to the Bank and a good example to his peers as well. May others learn from Mandla and he continues to strive for excellence.
