managing FNB is exhausting

Here we go again!, why is it that i have to keep a watchful eye everytime. My Fuel rewards for 31 October 2021 was not added to my account. Now, before you give the excuse of the last day of the month, you only awarded ebucks on the 12th november this month, you had 12 days to consolidate what was to be awarded for october!
