I would really thank the manager from the FNB from the phoenix plaza branch I did have a problem with my account and he contacted me regarding the problem and help solved the problem .Although I was a bit angry with the problem I have experience he took his time and listed to me and assisted with the problem I must say sir that u provide outstanding customer service and u go the extra mile to provide good customer experience Very well done
