I went to mall of the North branch to activate my account witch was closed i didn't have a ID then i was assisted my Margaret setati she went extra mile in assist me i can say beyond her means as she advised me organised some one from Johannesburg to go to the branch n scan my id on the system and call the other branch in jozi to assist she was patient with me thats why i say she went beyond her means n it turned out she is the branch manager.keep it up mrs setati you make banking looks easy
