Mall of Africa - BAD SERVICE - ATM Deposits Delay in clearing funds

Someone deposited 8K to my account this morning around 8-10 am. As she called to check with me if the funds reflect, I told her they don't. So when she checked inside the bank she was told that there's a 30 mins to 2 hour delay when you make a deposit. This is *******!!!! I missed my Dr's appointment waiting for the funds to clear. The consultant inside the bank told her to send me a proof of the deposit. Such nonsense I can't make a payment to the Dr with a proof of deposit!!!!! I am disgusted by the poor and declining service at FNB. It is 23:01 and still no funds. Now I am forced to wake up in the morning and go to FNB Mall of Africa to ask for my money since the ATM deposit is *******. I hate bad service!!!!
