Making money off fees when we struggle

I have been a client of FNB for years, love the product and services but last few years i haven't been happy and I've thought of changing, in these trying times when we are all struggling FNB thinks its okay to charge you R200, R90 everyday for fees unpaid charges and i haven't even used m card since last week because i have no money. Everytime i call in to query these charges a consultant tells me i overspend and should check my balance daily. I don't have an overdraft so i can only use my available balance, but I noticed that if I use my last R 100 in my account then i get charged because apparently when i made a purchase a week ago the merchant banked late and FNB honored the payment because 10 days later i have no money in my account? When i query this its the same str like they read this from a prompt. I understand merchants can bank late but that money was taken from my available balance and was pending on my account until its banked thus is money i cant use? And the consultants cant even explain they just say the same thing like they reading it and was told what to say. My account is in a minus 600 and everyday i log in its a minus R90??? Where must i get this money? We are all struggling in life and this R600 is taking bread from my Childs mouth? This is not okay FNB.
