Making life difficult

Why is fnb making the process of reversing a debit order so impossible?? Its been more the 2 weeks that i have requested a stop debit order and reversal with no success. It used to take an 5min call and sorted now its a process on the app with no success and ive even been to a branch and i called in. This is making life difficult!
