Make my Int rate higher without notice

I have had a FNB credit card for about 4 years now. They have never made my interest rate higher. all of a sudden last year my rate started rising. I have been asking for the emails where I have been getting these notifications but this Thulani guy cannot grasp the concept of \send me the email where this notice was given to me". Absolute ludicrous how this company's service is so bad and yet all they want is my money for them to have an account for me. I'm moving to Nedbank or Capitec very soon. Go do some research FNB"
