Make me understand the math

You pricing is not very transparent and I am thinking of closing the investment account and going elsewhere. When I check available funds it says R2558, but when I want to with draw, I can only withdraw R2508; what happened to the R50? Because when I check the TIC = 0,78% so I should be getting R2538, make me understand.
