Major Security Concern

I requested my last 3 bank statements through USSD.

The email I received contained 3 Bank Statements that belongs to another account holder which I have absolutely no relation to.

This is a major security concern as I am now unsure if my own information is being incorrectly sent to other account holders. This leaves any account holder vulnerable to ***** etc.
