Major loss due to credit card *****.

6 weeks ago, I reported 4 cases of credit card *****. The card was blocked immediately, but the *****ulent transactions have not been followed up, and I am sitting with a loss of R70k due to FNB's inability to process this case. None of my interactions with the private banker nor the chat hotline have given me any insight on the status of this issue.
