MAILBOX FOR CORPORATE ACTIONS FULL

In this day and age of electornic communications, we can do so much by email - but of course, you assume that the supplier (in this case FNB Share Investing) is actually reading your emails. FNB mail box for advising them of how to vote on corporate actions is full! Full! I ask you? That means that I am unable to vote my shares in upcoming general meetings! This is simply not acceptable. To add to it, it is almost impossible to finmd a person to speak to - I can send an email to any number of mail boxes - but, for obvious reasons, I am not certain that they are reaching FNB or being dealt with. At this stage, I am considering going backl to ABSA - which I left because of very poor service. Am very disappointed that FNB serrvice appears to be no better!
