Mahlatse Molema FNB [Mamelodi Max City]

I'd like to commend Mahlatse Molema for great customer service coming from a very strict business background she showed the best practices of customer service.

She valued customers' time - she prioritized making sure that we don't return to keep updating information over and over because of missing account details, she listened to all our sometimes redundant questions with a pleasant attitude, and provided knowledgeable and resourceful resources for those questions, she took things a step further to exceed - we were very tight on time, always made it before the bank closed and this led to us opening our business account over a week (because we could not be present at the same time) but she was very patient with us.

We expected patience of course but for a week? She definitely exceeded — rather than just met — expectations. I would really much love to experience this type of service with other FNB branches but...

She definitely has managerial qualities. Keep this person happy or she'll get poached.
