Magtape unpaid reference

I have one more payment to make to Vodacom for WiFi and a couple of days ago the debit order went through. The day before yesterday I went through my statement and saw magtape unpaid and the money was returned to my account minus R100. The bank then took the money out of my account again but this time, taking an extra R100 along with the payment and that left me at R-200. I added R200 so that my account would not get penalized. I opened my app and saw my balance with all the money back into my account -100 again. I look through my statements and it says magtape unpaid AGAIN. Please fix this issue FNB. I’m not going to be losing 100s of rands over stupid issues like this. I’m extremely frustrated and unhappy at the moment.
