Magtape unpaid / internal debit order
Hi,
My vehicle is currently financed through wesbank, today I received a call from Wes bank telling me that I am in arrears, what I cannot seem to understand is my debit order went off and I received my notification saying that it was paid.
I looked through my bank statements and I saw it says Magtape Unpaid! On the very same day the "Magtape unpaid" now shows in another column "internal debit order" I did not receive a notification from FNB saying that the payment was not done. So like seriously what is going on FNB??? Almost 2 weeks later I get a call saying I'm in arrears... Really now! This is unacceptable! Can someone... Anyone please explain to me what is going on!!!
What's weird is that it did that to my car insurance debit order on the very same day as well and a few columns down on the same day it shows "Magtape debit" I'm so sure my insurance would have called me by now to say I have not paid my insurance...
At this point in time I am not happy FNB!!!
