Magtape unpaid

I've noticed this "Magtape" deduction on my account and this is not something that was communicated with me at all. Now, I'm trying to get a hold of Fnb and guess what.... Conveniently their call lines are busy all day and their secure chat is offline!!! Been with this bank for over 20 years and I'm thinking of changing banks as Fnb is getting worse and worse by the month. This now created another unpaid fee deduction switch makes my credit look bad after I've already made two payments even before month end. What a bunch of *****'s!
