Magtape unpaid.

Hi, kindly investigate for me why this happening ,mothto month I received a notification that I have an unpaid item. It is called MAGTAPE UNPAID. When I check my acount always showing negative balance that I will pay , this is a problem because I end not paying my insurance . Today is showing negative balance of R 765.

When I ask for assistance, this is the respond I got but every month I pay extra.

When your debit orders are processed without funds in your account your account will be pushed to a negative balance and when you transfer funds it pays off the negative balance. please ensure that there are funds when debit orders are processed on your account.
