MAGTAPE UNPAID

After numerous complaints starting early June 2019, FNB has still not been able to provide me with answers as to why funds in excess of the agreement amount has been deducted from my account. This activity by FNB resulted in my account being penalised by R100.00 due to the exaggerated funds not being available. I imagine they can do this with numerous clients and at the end of the day can rack up a rather large amount of money from all the numerous clients. In my mind this is serious ********** activity as FNB is benefiting by not keeping to the agreements between them and their clients.
