MAGTAPE UNPAID
I received a notification that an amount of R 5543,24 was debited from my account with an FNB card, this payment was not authorized by me. This amount was then credited back into my account the same day with reference MAGTAPE UNPAID. To make matters worse R100.00 was deducted from my account with reference ITEM UNPAID NO FUNDS. Can FNB please explain to me why this random transaction was made on my account and why am I being penalized for this?
