Magtape unpaid

So I get a call from fnb this morning saying ofcourse its all my fault I should check my account more often etc.... Fnb is never in the wrong!!! I got a sms on the 26 Sept saying that the medical aid was paid and that same morning after I checked my account the R2415 was taken thinking ok it has been paid. So yesterday I get a call from discovery saying that I did not paid and I argued with them saying I'm looking at the sms right now saying it went off. So I look through my statement it shows this thing of magtape unpaid. First what the hell is that and secondly why have I not recieved a sms saying insufficient funds!!! Fnb this morning said oh they sorry that they never sent the sms saying it has not been paid, like what the hell!!!. Thats a big problem here im thinking ok money has been paid its fine. I know for a fact that I always receive a sms saying if I have insufficient funds . why was the lady at fnb So casually in saying oh sorry about not receiving the sms?!!! And then they turn the blame on me saying I need to check my account more often?! How much ****ing more often do they want me to check when I checked it on the same Damn morning that I got a sms to say its been paid. And anything they didn't let me know that they put the money back why would they do that without my approval. This is beyond ridiculous. Its amazing how its all my fault now. Oh Then I was short of a R80 in my account?!! First of all there was money in my account so what has been taken from my account without me knowing. Fnb is a *****!!! Now its all my fault. The lady said I need to sort it with the medical aid people and yesterday medical said i need to phone my bank?!!!! What do I do now
