Magtape Unpaid

Hi,

I have a Vodacom account and the debit order is linked to my account, my debit order went off and I received my notification saying that it was paid.

This morning I've now received several emails and phone calls advising that my account was not paid, I then looked at my app and saw that it was paid, then apparently reversed by Magtape unpaid then R100 Deducted for #ITEM UNPAID NO FUNDS.

I have no idea what that means so I googled it and saw that it means that the bank transfer was to slow and that it means that it wasn't paid, I did not receive a notification from FNB saying that the payment was not done so now I have to use money to pay my account that was not budget for this and might get black listed because of FNB!

What makes the matter worst is that Vodacom calls me and advises me of this and about an hour later FNB sends me an sms saying payment failed. How can a payment fail "IF I RECEIVED NOTIFICATION THAT IT WAS PAID" . AND WHY AM I BEING CHARGED IF YOU TOOK TO LONG MAKING THE TRANSFER.

Im new to FNB and haven't had a problem with them until now. The women who help me with getting my account spoke such a big game about FNB, But now i see they are charging me for there errors and mistakes and realize they are just they same as every other bank. I'm not happy with the service of FNB! This could ruin my life for ever if I get black listed!
