Magtape unpaid

I received a notification this morning that I have an unpaid item.

It is called MAGTAPE UNPAID. I never agreed to this or even know what the hell this is!!?

This has not once happened in previous months so why is it happening now?

This is really bad service from FNB and it makes your record look bad and credit!!! If this hurts my credit record I will be moving all my personal accounts and business accounts to a new bank! Please assist.
